I am hoping you will come up with some ideas for me.....
I need to buy the hubby a present, but I do not have a very big budget.. £100 ish
To get some background he will be 34 and it a petrol head (is rebuilding a 205 gti at present.
I just have ran out of ideas what to buy him??
For christmas I got him a worklamp for his garage which he loves - and have managed to buy a posh screwdriver set for his birthday.
He has asked for a hoodie - but other than that I have no idea?
He is into gadgets and plays the xbox and likes technology.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can get him????

Does he like retro games too? Was thinking if he used to play videogames when he was younger, and likes gadgets, he might enjoy this handheld gadget that you can play retro games on. I got one from my brother a few years ago and I really like it.
It's kind of like a fancy gameboy type of thing, but you can upload games from various retro consoles (like NES, SNES and SEGA Megadrive/Genesis), that you can get from the internet, from your computer onto the device. The gadget also works as an mp3-player and video player, but I've only used it for games. I'm not particularly technical, but I found it easy to use. It's great when traveling I think.I guess a lot of people have smartphones nowadays though, that they can play games on when on the move, but if your hubby is a fan of retro games he might like it, since it's got the proper retro controllers.
This is the one I got from my brother (there might also be other ones out there that are similar):

Reviews of it on the American amazon page:

He didn't get it from amazon though, he got it from here...

...but I've noticed it's sold out on that site. But there are a lot of reviews of it there.
Other than that, if he likes games he might enjoy comics/graphic novels perhaps? A lot of people I know who are into games are also into comics/graphic novels. "The Walking Dead" series is really popular and supposedly good.
Sorry I don't have any more ideas, I'm not exactly a techie myself, and I always find it difficult to buy gifts for the gadget&car-loving boys of the family.0 -
How about a hamper? You can put so many bits And bobs in to it and it can cost as little or as much as you like.
Here's some threads which may help
