I find it very useful to follow the Swagging thread, as there's lots of tips as to which tasks are worth doing, when surveys are available, which offers credit, when codes are available, etc.R.I.P. Bart. The best cat there ever was. :sad:0 -
£13.70 from TB and have managed to get 7 items up on ebay (I know, I really should get on it more)... one of which already has a bid :j0

Mine never said that. I was messing around with it, trying to get the 50 points credited for updating your paypal address, and managed to delete my paypal address, although it looks like you haven't. So next time I went to redeem, it said you need to put in your paypal address, so I did, but still didn't get my 50 points.
I emailed them at beginning of Jan about the +2 vids, but never got a reply. I got an autoresponse saying they would reply but never did.
at the main screen, where it says Videos, Offers, History, redeeem, click on your button on your phone, I know you have an iPhone, so your main button. With android, I click on my left button, as I have a touchscreen.
This brings up settings, click on settings, where it says paypal email, open this and delete your email address.
click ok.
go back and then click on redeem. it should bring up a message that you need to add your paypal address.
Now go back into settings and readd it. Save and you should be able to redeem.0 -
Another £10 voucher from Maximiles, this time for Asda, it will help with food shopping.
I also do arbitron through maximiles on my phone, they pay 750 points per month for it to be installed.0 -

What is the arbitron thingie? can't see any info on maximiles about it.
i find maximiles points very slow to accumulate these days, not many videos, and they only credit once. not many emails any more either. i do the odd survey, but not many...R.I.P. Bart. The best cat there ever was. :sad:0 -

same as the arbitron on the mobile phones, it is an app that records what websites you visit, so they sell the data to market research companies to use to sell their products.
I have 3 running at the moment, 2 pay £5 per month via paypal and maximiles pays 750 points per month. They invited me through a survey and I got accepted.
I just received an email from them saying
"We've noticed that you often attempt to complete our surveys, and for this we'd like to say a big Thank You!
However, we know that actions speak louder than words, which is why for each survey you complete, we'll reward you with up to 500 points. It's also why you'll collect 5 points if you cannot complete a survey because you do not fit the required demographic. What's more, all these points are credited to your Maximiles account immediately - which means you can start spending them straightaway!
To say thank you for your continued interest in Maximiles Surveys, we'd like to reward you with 20 bonus points."
so hopefully you will get one too.
Why not email them and tell them another maximiles user told you about the arbitron trial? You need to have a smartphone, android or iPhone to take part. It works with shop and scan, I email them and say I have heard you are doing such and such, can I take part. They register my interest and when there is a vacancy they add me.
Have a look through the offers too, sometimes it is worth doing an offer, and then unsubscribing once the points have been credited.
by the way think they found out through mse that the vids repeated and you could earn extra points, so they fixed that glitch.0 -
forgot to add £28.90 for my MBNA cash rewards too!
just going to have a look at dooyoo, do you get anything for referring people? If I sign up I may as well let someone get something from it!0 -
I quite like maximiles, it's slow yes but I don't mind investing a little bit of time just to check for a video.
I am doing really badly this month. :rotfl: Too much socialising on my part, which ended up with me just run down and unable to enjoy anything. I'm a muppet.0
