Mine arrived! It's a pretty posh lil fork and I was rather suprised to find my fussy little beggars ate the food too!
One to remember methinks (though perhaps just when it's on offer!)

Having emailed them last week, I received two golden forks (is everyone else's tiny and cute?) and I received £2 off pet food (no sample). :T

I also took my advice and emailed to ask about my sample, and today I received a nice letter saying that all the samples had been sent out and they didn't have any more.

She said she had managed to find a golden serving fork and enclosed it (I agree, very cute!) and a £2 voucher off an Purina product. Better than a sample, I think, as I'm sure they're worth less than £2, and this way I can get one that I know my toothless old cat will be able to eat!

I also had the same response as others. The letter said that they had run out of samples and the promotion has now closed. I also got the £2 voucher and the lovely little fork (although I'm not sure what I'll use it for).

I contacted them through the Purina website here. (Found via the Contact Us bit at the very very bottom of the homepage.)

Make sure you enter your postal address. My letter with the fork in got munched in the post and arrived in a "Sorry!" plastic bag. I can just imagine it going through the scanners and the fork getting caught!
