sorry i was just trying to get a few people onto the list as no one realised it was suppose to be copied and pasted, when did you ask? find where you should be and copy and paste...to be honest i dont think those of us at the bottom are going to get lucky now but still hoping x x

It's all gone wrong now, but I'd like to say thanks to pinklady66 for her hard work in running this thread and keeping it all on track before the booking opened.

These threads always go to pot once the booking site opens. I wonder how many of the people who asked for a code ever came back to MSE - they might have unused codes languishing in their PM box

It's understandable that those who kindly offer a code don't want the faff of having to keep coming back and trying different people if they get no response to their PM, but it's a shame that some codes don't seem to have been used, or at least the user didn't send a thank you PM

Maybe next time we have a request list the person running the thread could receive all offered codes, and then distribute them on the day the site opens ONLY if they get a response to their PM before a pre-defined deadline. I think that would be more fair, but it's also a lot of hassle for whoever volunteers to run the thread!!
