TV worth the money?

Looking at this TV to buy as I would like a larger screen than I have now and one that's energy efficient (my current plasma is used to heat the house on cold days)
But it seems a bit too cheap for a 46 inch LED TV. or is it just me?
I'm determined to get a new HD TV in this years sales but want to make sure I get the best I can for the money.
any opinions?
