Interest rates will rocket to between 6.5-16%
House prices will drop 10-60%
He will lose all of his deposit alot of fees and possibly his own house or part thereof.
Your tolerances are quite generous.
I wouldn't class interest rates at 6.5% as "rocketing".
A 10% drop is negligble, as prices would drop across the board.
Working on the figures you gave, Col.Mustard would not lose any of his deposit or fees.
I don't understand how you can lose part of your house, do they take the front or back, or do they take upstairs and you keep downstairs?Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -
