Has anyone gotten married here?
I'm just beginning my search and this is the nicest location i have found that's not too far away (I'm in Bexley, Kent).
I tried to make sense of the packages but it still comes in at £5950 for an intimate wedding with a larger evening attendance.
I have around 33 day guests and there is a min 80 evening that i ill have to fill...... The luxury package is £110 for Dec 2013 (My ideal date) making it £3630 but also its £29pp for evening attendees adding another £2320. And this is just guide price, i'm sure it will be more!!
I was wondering what other peoples experiences are - what doesnt the package cover. How did you pay? Is it a case of deposit and then you pay the rest nearer the time? How much is a deposit?
Did you get wedding insurance? I only really want to splurge on the venue, dress and rings. I wont be having bridesmaids or fancy cars and i aim to ebay decorations etc.... or make them myself.
Help!!

I believe virtually everyone should have wedding insurance. What if the venue double booked you or burnt down, one of you was injured or too ill to get married on the day, what if a supplier let you down last minute or your photographer's equipment failed and you wanted to restage the day?Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0
