    I'm still waiting for my lavender handcream. I had a Royal Mail card on Mon 7th for 2 items but when I went to collect they didn't have anything for me. I reported it but my items can't be found. I have emailed the Stella comp today just in case it was my handcream. I wasn't waiting for anything else. Has anyone else managed to contact Stella about missing prizes?

    I emailed that a couple of weeks ago and still have had no reply :(

    What email address are you using? I tried to contact them but the only thing I could find was for the telegraph and not stella

    I tried getting in touch by replying to the wem for the Trilogy oil yesterday, but haven't had a reply. Aromatherapy Associates replied
