Hello, I have been buying from property clubs for years. Am sick of paying crazy fees to them, 2%, and also some deals are poor. I have started approaching builders myself, and buying 5 plus units with other investors. Buying in bulk, we can get 15% discounts, and take that as a deposit when getting mortgages. Most important thing we don't charge a fee. It is pointless, i am getting a deal because of other people. So, if you fancy joining a database of investors, please inform me. Also, if you can recommend any hot spots. Thanks.
