    I'd go with the Council Tax bill then and also tell them that they can check the register of electors as well.

    I've been receiving arrears letters for the former tenant at my address for 6 (nearly 7) years now. I have opened the letters (so shoot me) and have written, phoned & e-mailed the companies. Still they keep coming. Now i open them, laugh and throw them in the bin.
