Chin up, and very well done on the no smoking though!!
NSD 4/15 for me today!! (on a Friday night aswell :O)
I don't know how long I can keep this up for, but I do know that when I next have to spend any money, i'm going to begrudge handing the cash over... I'm sure it will have to be prised out of my hands haha

Very pretty I keep my buttons in a 17th Century Chinese covered bowl which I won years ago on Going for a song (yes showing my age) :rotfl: Don't think I'll let the grandkids play with my button box.

I think you need to see them as separate problems.
You are doing so well with not smoking so tats a plus.
It's annoying the parcel hasn't gone but you can sort that out.
The stoozing I cant help with.
You've had so much positive stuff - don't let this blip get you down.
Couldn't agree more - it's easy for us to 'snowball' a couple of little blips into a complete meltdown (I've stood outside M&S on the day before xmas eve bawling my eyes out because they didn't have any turkey before now - at that moment I thought the world was ending and xmas was ruined)
Kezlou - hope you're feeling better soon x
Well on the upside I can announce NSD #2took a bit of willpower as I was looking at some reduced xmas bits but thought they could wait. On the not so up side, I wish I hadn't bothered making tonight's planned dinner
:( bah
oh, and so far have avoided this xmas cold that everyone seems to have, only to be sat in a small office for 1 1/2 today surrounded by 4 people all at diff stages of it - if I don't get it now it will be a minor miracle....Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Hello, I have been a lurker and been aware that I've been slightly spending more than I earn, so I have spent the past couple of hours going through old statements to give me some working figures (even they may not be 100% accurate yet, it's a start).
I would like to join in and I'd like to start with 10 NSDs and see how I get on.
I have got 3 already from 1/1/13, 3/1/13 and 4/1/13.
Good luck to everyone and hope January isn't too gloomy and depressing for everyone. As my Mum always said "Look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves"0 -
Had to hand over some money for petrol today:mad:, but doesn't count as a spend as it was budgeted for. Luckily I was running out where petrol is (slightly) cheaper - makes a pleasant change.
No unplanned spends today so declaring NSD #4 and 4 in a row.

Please may I join in?
I am usually on the OS board and do the Grocery Challenge but would like to cut out the compulsion to keep shopping and this board would at least get me to concentrate the spending into set days, rather than meandering around the shops just because they are within walking distance.
Would you kindly put me down for 23 NSD and I have already achieved 4NSDs.
Sorry - not very good with the colour!

Candlewick, I couldn't improve on what Kerri says, We're proud of what you've achieved, you don't need to be perfect, just human

Hi everybody
Today was a spend day, I paid for my lottery contributions in work and bought a loaf of bread. Tomorrow will be a spend day too after seeing the Morrisons ads but I will be able to stock up on veggie ingredients.
