Toothfairy finance need advice
On Saturday I paied 72quid extension fee, to roll over 2 weeks, was hoping to do same again and then pay it off after when I am paied. Yesterday had an e-mail saying I failed to pay the full loan amount when I know I paied the extension fee and they also sent me an e-mail saying, pay 0 pound to extend or pay the full balance. I am sure if I took this to court tf will not have a leg to stand on

Complain. Ask them to correct their error.
Talk of court is stupid.
Best advice: Stop using these crappy companies and start budgeting better.0 -
Basically they e-mailed me saying be handed over a debt collector as if I never rolled it over, I do agree me saying court is stupid just a little annoying they are saying debt collectors. I have sent them an e-mail explaining it0
