Spring bulbs 10p per pack at The Range!

Went to my local 'Range' store today (Ipswich branch) and they had all of their Spring bulbs down to 10p per pack (they were approx. £2.40 per pack originally).
Great range of flowers including daffodils, tulips, allium, crocus and hyacinths. Some packs had 15 bulbs in them so at less than 1p per bulb it is worth stocking up.
Hope that this helps another money saving gardener! Offer is instore only.

WOW!!! Thank you so much for the heads-up - I raced up and bought 98 packets of bulbs for £11.20!!!!!!! Probably around 1,000 bulbs and a saving of £250. Massive massive saving.
The bulbs can be planted any time really in the next month or so and will catch up with those planted in the Autumn. I am saving half of mine for next year and hopefully they should be okay stored in a cardboard box in complete darkness. If not, it's only a fiver lost so not a big deal!0 -
Is it not too late to plant spring bulbs..................?Can't sleep, quit counting sheep and talk directly to the shepherd :cool:0

Not sure if this is local or national but today most of the Spring Flowering bulbs at our local "Range" were reduced from 3.99/2.49 down to 10p and 20p with a small number at 60p. They are all marked BOGOF and the bag is printed with "best before end of December". Its not too late to plant them or you could store them in a cool place for next year. There was no signage but noticed a lady with two baskets full going thru the till and asked her. Our branch had loads but once advertised they should go like hot cakes.

Bet the checkout people loved you.
I hope they do last as otherwise that is incredibly greedy of you to waste them when someone else could have used them. Should have taken what you needed not took the lot.0 -
