Hello
Could anybody suggest a competitive 3 or 5 year fixed offset mortgage with a LTV of about 60%.
Thanks

FD don't do offset fixes longer than 3 years (they currently have a special at 2.74%) - Chelsea/Yorkshire are probably the most competitive for 5 years.
An alternative is the coop 2.79% 5 year fix which allows in effect 10% per annum flexible facility so if 10% offset in year 1 (I believe increasing each year) is sufficient then this is the best deal.I think....0 -
YBS do 5 year offset fixes and I think Chelsea also do long term fixes.
3.34% five year offset fix with 60% LTV and 3.14% five year fix.
Fee either £995 or £4950
