hi i just thought i would pass this on the nhs run weght loss group sessions for free so with you want to lose Ibs rather than £s look into it

The offering for this will vary between PCT - some offer their own sessions, some free SW/ WW membership, and some a few "healthy eating sessions". No harm in asking what is available though!

I have been referred to WW by my gp, but with the referral can take atleast 3 months to come through. So guess I will be doing alone for the time being.0
