Me and my wife are a little stumped. Has anyone here refinanced their mortgages without a job? If so what resources, advice or tips do you have? Thanks

So long as you have a suitable income to repay the mortgage then it will be fine.

Please tell us what you mean by "refinanced."

Are you talking about changing lenders and/or increasing your borrowings, or simply looking to get a new rate for your current mortgage?

If the latter, your current lender may have customer retention products available to you without further status or income evidence. Ask them for details.

If the former, Dave's answer is well on the nail.
