Managed to sort things out with LM and all is well again

We had a lovely time at my parents- went to M one day and hired bikes and trailers, got the ferry to A one day- haven't been there since I was little so that was fab. Also went to the beach a lot and went one day when the weather started off not so great to the Riverside Museum- think mum and I enjoyed it more than the kids but they got to run around at least.
WE did spot someone swimming in the sea for quite a long time at one point- she must have been about 10- I was blue with cold just watching her!

Weather's not been too bad Fothers, not quite as hot bad not too rainy. Hope you took a pic of the kids at Crocodile Rock:D I like the Riverside museum but it's more the toys and clothes I enjoy.
So my NSD didn't go according to plan as DS and friends can't organise themselves so we ended up going to a country park for a walk followed by coffee for me and ice cream for him, not too spendy though and as he went out with his dad for tea I had a root around the fridge and had pasta with rocket, tomatoes, pine nuts and pancetta for dinner - was rather nice:D

Taking DS out for the day today although he seems keen to return by 7pm as he has plans... I'm thinking safari park but who knows? Must make up a bit of a picnic first, school hols nearly over, shall be back to getting up again soon but will let me get used to it before uni starts.
