When did I become spicy rather than skinty? I don't mind just not used to it:p I didn't say I liked lettuce anywhere near as much as wine and my DS would tell you it's usually spinach leaves round here (much to his disgust:D) but I do love most fruit and veg and it's only the other pish I eat that leads to this weight gain:o must focus and get rid of it.
All the way to uni for one class today:( so shall try and fit in a wee run first, got volunteer stuff after. I may actually manage a NSD Butti!Mortgage OP 2025 £7050/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Well, you'll have to practice being more spicy then...skint_spice wrote: »I didn't say I liked lettuce anywhere near as much as wine
You're cutting down on your wine, and increasing your lettuce - what other conclusion can be drawn about relative "likes"...skint_spice wrote: »and my DS would tell you it's usually spinach leaves round here (much to his disgust:D)
Not popeye in the making then?skint_spice wrote: »but I do love most fruit and veg and it's only the other pish I eat that leads to this weight gain:o must focus and get rid of it.
Could be worse. Could be deep-frying your mars bars... :rotfl:skint_spice wrote: »All the way to uni for one class today:( so shall try and fit in a wee run first, got volunteer stuff after. I may actually manage a NSD Butti!

I shall try;)Not popeye in the making then?
Ahh no, especially not in one of my favourite pasta dishes with tomatoes and pine nuts, apparently hot spinach is even worse than cold spinach (luckily LM likes it:o).Could be worse. Could be deep-frying your mars bars... :rotfl:
My mum gave me a snickers bar last night and I gifted it to DS, quick find me a halo! I have never had a deep fried mars bar, I feel deprived but I am really scottish:DDid you get the run in?
I did thanks, just a wee 3 miler but enough to keep me ticking over, was a bit windy down the beach today - not as bad as yesterday though as DS was so concerned about me he came to check I was ok when I got back:D
Got bad news from mortgage folk that me leaving job will make a big difference to what we can borrow so looks like we shall be stuck here a while, I quite like it here now so not too bad but not ideal either.Mortgage OP 2025 £7050/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Have to finish an essay for Monday this obviously means I am now up to date on all blogs and the flat is very tidy
I ran this morning and got great times (for me) so must be improving! Had yummy carrot and ginger soup for lunch (current favourite and I put way too much ginger in so it's nice and tangy) and dinner is in slow cooker for later:A
