Johnsons Baby Toiletries/Extra Points

Just re-reading the thread, I'm wondering if the glitch was discovered with the talc after I bought them. Sorry to anyone who made a special trip but it worked for me.....!

Maybe someone at Head Office spying on us......

Hi there last night I bought the Johnsons shampoox2 the conditionerx2 and the bubblebathx2 all to get the extra points.I went to the ss checkout and the booger wouldn't let me use any coupons (toiletries 2 quid off an 8 spend etc). The lady supervising the checkouts couldn't get them to go through either so I wanted to return them. she told me to pay then go to cs for a refund. CS refunded me and this morning when I checked my tesco clubcard balance - 300 extra points:rotfl:

please make sure you check your receipts I bought 2 x 500ml johnsons baby shampoo this morning and the points didn't go on I then had to take them with my receipt to customer services to have them added manually, she couldn't understand why they hadn't gone on either

the vouchers arent meant to go through with johnsons as its classed as 'baby' not 'toiletry'
