Do you remove the sinew when preparing chicken breasts?

Not the most exciting of topics but I've grown up with parents and grandparents who always remove the sinew from chicken breasts before checking so I thought most people who like nice meat do but I know quite a few who look at me as if I'm crazy when I mention it!
So do you remove sinew /tendon from breasts before cooking?

I remove anything that will make the meat tough or spoil the taste on all meats!
Not sure what you actually refer to with "When preparing chicken breasts", but if it is just the breast then it should be all (edible) meat! I take it you are talking about getting a whole chicken and removing it from the bone as opposed to buying ready prepared chicken breast - ready to cook from the butcher/supermarket. So yes when taking meat from the carcass you would remove all unwanted, fats, sinews etc.Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -
YesI trim off all the sinew-y bits from our chicken breasts, remove the traces from the outer side (is that sinew or fatty bits?) and the white stringy bit from the edge. If anything only to make it look nicer and make it easier for us to cook and eat!************************************

YesIf I'm chopping the breast up, I do. If we're eating the breasts whole, I don't bother.0
