Can I wash boot slippers in the washing-machine?

Just took mine off and they're stinky. They're knitted beige wool with a fluffy lining and rubber sole. I can't see a label on them unfortunately.

yeah just put them on handwash and in future wear socks withI am not bossy I just have better ideas:p0

I would think so - try a gentle cycle on a fairly cool wash.0

I washed my wool slippers on the wool setting with some jumpers, they came out fine, slightly lumpy but they soon flattened out.June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

All shoes/slippers and trainers go in the washer here, if you're worried slip them into an old pillow case.....will still wash but will make less of a rattle in the machine xI will save my tesco £1 savings stamps this year! .......so far = £50 (full card#1)
Card #2 £6. I will not be skint at Chistmas this year!

I normally chuck my slippers in my usual 30 or 40 degree wash and they come out fine - have even been in the tumble dryer to dry when it's been really wet outside and they haven't suffered any ill effects so far!0
