7" or 10" tablet with wifi & 3g needed

Hi everyone,
i am looking at getting a tablet computer,
features similar to an ipad but way cheaper, probably not more than £100. I've seen a few online but im not very techy so im not too sure which ones are good or not and they are mostly wifi.
if any one has any suggestions, i would really like appreciate it.

If you are still looking I can highly recommend the sumvision cyclone voyager, then 7" version is £80 on ebuyer, £130 for the 10" one.

I don't think that is a 3G tablet for £100. To my understand the cheapest 3G tablet is £239 nexus 70
