How do you manage the daillies?

I never have enough time to do all the competitions that I would like to do, so in the past, I have only ever done the magazine daillies one time each.
I have decided that I will experiment in January and forget entering some of the other competitions and see how I fare with just the daillies, but entering them every day.
So, I was wondering about all the different ways of doing this. Do you go through the list of daillies and bookmark the MSE pages, do you bookmark the actual site pages, once you have thanked on MSE, or do you keep a spreadsheet?
Any usesful tips? I have seen the roboform idea, of using roboform to complete the tick boxes, but I use lastpass, not roboform and don't know how that would work.
What about the sharing limits? How does that work for you?
Any advice gratefully received.
Cheers.

I always thank and tick enter on MSE then save the actual comp page as a bookmark, sometimes changing the title to include the answer if it's not an obvious one. I always use LastPass too, but I have downloaded the free Roboform just for the 'No Thanks' option, it tells me every day that it has expired, but still works.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams

That is a good idea about saving the answer, if it is not obvious. I was wondering how to get around that one. thanks.0

Hi, I think the mag dailies are worth doing. I haven't done them for that long but have won 2 or 3 times so far. I let them go for the advents but have just started back again.
My way is slightly different from Barnabysue's. Because these comps are added to so often, I find it easiest to use Glad's list in the regulars. I scroll down to where the mag comps start. Most of them allow 6 entries per day, and for most of them I find that is plenty for the ones I want to enter. For the few where I want to enter more than the daily allowed number, I copy and paste these onto a blank Word document. I delete those I don't want to do, then go through the rest, sharing each one to gain an extra entry, until I get near the end and don't need any more extras.
Using CompAlex's Roboform shortcut has made a huge difference. It saves sooooooo much time doing these with his formula :T:T:T And I think Barnabysue's idea for using Robo just for these is very clever.
Good luck Marg. Hope you win big/soonX
Edit: Oops forgot to say a huge thanks to Glad too for sorting these, and also to Cornishpasty for listing so many of them :T:T:TI am brave, I am bruised

I use the list in the regular comps to access each mag & then I enter using the prize draws tab on the left as not all comps get posted on the list I share until I can enter all the ones I want to - or canproud gran to 4 lovely boys and one little girl0

I bookmark the threads from MSE and then go through them each day. I always thank and press enter.2019 Wins

This is my system.
Once I have thanked and hit the enter button in MSE I bookmark the actual comp page. I tend to do a lot of the magazine dailies so have made up directories for each magazine in my bookmarks e.g Marie Claire.
I use FF and bookmark by hitting the star button on the address bar. Then once I have finished my comp session I go into 'Show All Bookmarks' and then into 'Unsorted Bookmarks' and move the various comp pages I have saved into their appropriate directories.
With regards to the answer I open up 'Show All Bookmarks' and put the answer at the beginning of the name (i.e. comp address) for the relevant comp page saved.
When I start my session to enter the comps, I open up the first comp page in the (e.g Marie Claire) directory in the drop down menu for Bookmarks, enter my log in details and then go back to the bookmarks directory for Marie Claire and open all in tabs. You end up with a duplication of the first tab/comp page (which I just delete) but it saves having to enter your log in details each time.
Alternatively you could just open all in tabs and refresh each page after entering your log in details for the first comp page but I personally find my first method quicker and it saves on clicking
I also use Roboform for the 'No Thanks etc' option which works a treat and has speeded up entering the comps.
Hope this makes sense, I typed this in a bit of hurry.
Big thanks to everyone who posts the comps:TGrowing old is unavoidable. However, growing up is still optional.0 -
So many brilliant ideas. Thank you so much everyone. I have only just looked at Glad's list and did not realise there were so many! (I suppose I should have known just from the ones that I have entered once.)
Until I try it for a bit, I am not sure which will work best for me. I think that I will try the daillies for a month or two to see how I fare, but I think that I will have to knock all other competitions on the head, whilst I do it, since working full time does not give me enough time to do the lot. The only exception will be twitter, which I can enter in my lunch break at work, from my phone, as I am not allowed to download programs such as Roboform, or Lastpass in the office.
Then at the end of say two months, I will decide whether to stick with the daillies, or go back to 'normal' competitions.
Thanks again everyone.0 -
I have all my mag pages bookmarked and go through them straight through their webpage instead of through MSE. You get so many entries (depending on which mag it is) and you can share up to 15 times per mag. After you have seen your answer you can click on the relevant link to share by FB, Twitter or Email. I have a spreadsheet with those I am entering and mark them off when entered. I also have the answers on my spreadsheet should I forget.
If I dont know an answer I come on MSE to find out. I always thank the poster for any new dailies I have entered that day too regardless of if I have needed to check the comp post on here or not. I just do that more out of politeness than anything.
I would say its well worth doing them as I have won 7 things in 4 months with the mag dailies. Also I do the mags before anything else as I have more luck with them. I would also give up other comps for the mags if it were me, but that is just me.Current Aims: Laptop/PC, decent money, holiday
