Same here - they took the money on 12th Jan but no sign of my order. Pretty poor I think!

returned everything I bought instore on boxing day and ordered them all online at the 'slashed even further' prices. shame one of them got slashed again today but when I went to order it was gone.

they cant do that as you dont have the goods, so they wouldnt have a leg to stand on legally if problems arose.

Its legally 7 working days of receipt so zara is already giving the customers alot more time to return their items as goodwill already.

More reductions! Bought a Chanel style jacket/ cardi for dd was £25.99, to £11.99 and now £7.99! Also a casual boyfriend style jacket for £5.99! Look in last sizes too:)
