Hi hun, when they sent you leters did you reply to them or make any payment towards the debt. You have to have made contact in writing. I think this debt is statute barred. Were you taken to court for the debt and got a ccj on it. If so that will never be statute barred. And if they dont reply dont worry. Do not contact them.Night Owl Member No 1 :rotfl: :rotfl:

Its your word against theirs in effect - for all anyone knows you never received a letter in 2004!! DON'T contact them atall - as soon as you do even if its to make enquires about it the debt becomes valid again.
As long as you did'nt reply to the letters in 2004 theres nothing they can do.0
