Absolutely fantastic service when you consider its come from Arizona US.
My tracking shows it having come from Arizona to Memphis to Stansted to Chelmsford and then to me. All in 3 days.:)

No neither did i until i tracked it this morning.

Makes you wonder doesn't it, how if it can get from the USA to my house in 3 days why on earth it takes other UK companies days to even start to process an order.

Has anyone who ordered and who has received their order had their payment taken yet?
I had my items delivered on the 28th but when i just looked at my credit card account Philosophy haven't even taken their money. The amount is no longer pending either.

Just wondered if anyone else is waiting for them to take their money?

Same, goods arrived but they haven't taken the money yet. I checked a previous order I placed on the 23rd November and it didn't show up on my credit card statement until the 8th December, so I think it's normal that they take a while to take payment
