Can see I was a bit slow on my info. Many a time have found the tapas for 25p a pot and been paid to take them away.
the only food i've been paid to take away was the nasty party food, that the ducks/pigeons wouldn't even eat. LOL I can't get a look in at my local t's. It's like a battle field in there at whoopsie time!0 -
been out at first light to walk 6 acres of land for sale locally very cold and frosty.. went up a hill my oh went through some gorse and called me to look and the view was spectacular see for miles to the sea in one direction to abersoch and the island the other way to barmouth and further upi the coast totally breathtaking..
add in a badger going back to its set on the land and a pair of buzzards 6 ft away well worth going out early for, even though the land is by tender and I don't think we can afford it.0 -
Look out for 50p sels on advent calendars in Ts. Scanning at £2
At least it worked on disney princess one was this morning. Not sure of other varieties
These were 50p earlier in the week in my Mr t but now they are £2 with the correct SEL. I can't understand this surely they should be getting cheaper?!0 -

You have to get the timing right for you store, there are some days I find when the usual crew are not there and I have got some really good bargains. Others days I think I will just leave them all to it. Sometimes I am brave though.0 -

Sometimes this can be a good sign. I got DTD on Thorntons Xmas Spirits last year as they went back up to full price after a 75% reduction, few days later they were 1p.0 -

Not cooked sword fish before but def going to do the olive oil & garlic (with extra garlic as OH hates it and he is in bad books atm):rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I love sword fishthe first time I had it was in a restaurant in spain 25 years ago. It's my favourite fish, but too expensive over here. When we lived in London OH used to get it from the big fish market at the crack of dawn :0

the problem is, they are always there! it's only a metro store though. Big T's is further away. I used to get really good whoopsies in sada at one time. It's been rubbish lately and there is a bunch of women who grab the whole lot, then share it out between them!0 -
I suppose i'd better get this house in order. I've been sat here for several hours0
