is very upset today (not crying but jsut upset) hospital have changed mt appointemt few times since the first one and just naw as im getting ready to get in car my mobile rings -- hospital the consultant isnt coming down to the hospital today coz few other people have cancled and i quote "its not worth it to them"

im so upset , and now i have to wait till they send a lettter out and i will have to go to the hospital the consultants based at even thou they do a clinuiqe down here where i live , (not many ppl use it ) my o/h had lost a mornings pay and, i was told expect few months to wait , i can belive this is exceptable , the receptionsit was a fool and no compation or even care - that i have to wait again after a year alread and few cancled appointments (there fault )
