So by Wednesday all we will have left is the muller list or Sally??.
No more biscuits or chocs as the 3 for ten will be finished?
Mind you we probably all could survive a few weeks on just what is in the fridge and freezer without ever stirring out of the house
Onwards and upwards, will miss this fabulous glitch but I am sure another will soon fill the gap.:beer:0 -
Evening all
Big thanks to Dave for the new thread
Had a pretty successful whoopsie run, got nearly £25 of meat stuffs for £1.90, the good old multibuy still kicking in :money:
Did some veg prep and bits when I came back in as well, while OH hoovered and gave the floors a quick tickle with the mop and DD is all tucked up in her cot, so it's time to relax!
Well, just got to fish the presents out from their various hiding places, but I'll do that in a bit
Now it's Cheeky Vimto time
 everybody...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.
PRIDE
There's a fork in the road, which way will you go
You standing still or will you step into the great unknown,
Is yours to decide, this is your life.

One of mine nicked the steak I was putting in the slow cooker today. I left it thawing out on the side this morning with instructions to leave the kitchen door closed. 'Mr Nobody It Wastn't Me' denied leaving the kitchen door open, but Riley-bobs had had a go at the steak, it had been dragged about the kitchen floor and he washing his paws looking very pleased with himself. I am cooking it now for the cats for the next couple of days, but they only seem to like it pinched and raw.0 -
There were three nuns talking and one nun said, "I was cleaning the priest's chamber, and I found some Playboy magazines under his pillow, so I burned them." The nuns looked at each other and the next one said, "That's nothing, I found a box of condoms in his drawer, so I poked little holes in them with a nail." The third nun suddenly jumped out of her seat and said, "Oh my god! I got to go."
Upon hearing that her elderly grandfather had just passed away, Katie went straight to her grandparent's house to visit her 95 year-old grandmother and comfort her.
When she asked how her grandfather had died, her grandmother replied, "He had a heart attack while we were making love on Sunday morning."
Horrified, Katie told her grandmother that 2 people nearly 100 years old having sex would surely be asking for trouble.
"Oh no, my dear," replied granny. "Many years ago, realizing our advanced age, we figured out the best time to do it was when the church bells would start to ring. It was just the right rhythm. Nice and slow and even. Nothing too strenuous, simply in on the Ding and out on the Dong."
She paused to wipe away a tear, and continued, "He'd still be alive if the ice cream van hadn't come along."Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Made a few quid from the wombling today - nearly fell over when I got a £10.12 one- I know it does not top Bestie's corker yesterday and isn't my own personal best but was still a lovely surprise:)
In a way I am glad the shops are shut tomorrow- no urge to womble:Dnever stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -

In a calm voice he replied “Darling, remember the jewellery shop we went into 5 years ago, and you fell in love with that diamond engagement ring that we could not afford, and I said one day I would get it for you?”. The ladies eyes filled with tears, “Yes, I remember!” she said. “Well I’m the pub next door to that”.

She is very mischievous but I wouldn't have it any other way
She used to try eating bread from the bag :rotfl:
She found out the hard way that she can't do sausages. I came home from work one day to find them more or less whole, on the living room floor, covered in puke :eek:I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards.
