My tesco shopping and wombling days are over...

whilst out walking my dog yesterday i collapesed and had a seizure bit a huge bit of clean of my tounge, bruised face, black eye, wet myself (dont laugh) the only thing i remember is waking up in an ambulance 1/2 hour later. blood tests all ok..they say they think ive had an epileptic fit..therefore i can longer drive for at least a year...

im the only one that can drive as im already a carer for my wife..

we live in a small village..only a couple of shops no tesco..

everything is going to change now i have no car. cant go to tesco. cant go on either of the 2 holidays we have booked.

so on monday ive got to go to the GP and arrange brain scans and EEG's. and then hope for the best that it was just a 1 off, but either way its looks like i will lose my licence..

    FOR DOGGY / PET PEOPLE
my dog is perfectly fine apparantly he just sat by my side gaurding me when i was on the floor fitting..he wouldnt let anyone near me until it was someone he knew (luckily because of him everyone talks to you when you have a dog)
i couldNT ask for a more loyal friend and protector..

ive got so many questions to ask.what, if, when etc.

they say life begins at 40..well if this is the start of my life IT SUCKS

sorry that this has happened to you. I can see why you would be upset.

Usually a light at the end of the tunnel eventually. maybe there is someone else in the village that go to to t's and can share a ride.

Just thinking easier to spend £50 on 1 gift card than try to use 10 x £5 on a single transaction - if you were saving for something.

Does a gift card store your transactions?

No, but it associates all transactions made with it. It's just my paranoia, I'm sure the SADA police would never check. :)

I didn't have a tough day like markz. but was a little odd and annoying.

My friend came around and serviced and repaired all my windows so they are like new. Totally amazing.

the next minute, he is coming back from the shop and sees the wing mirror hanging off and scratches along the side.

not only this but other side has been trollied and has deep scratchs along the other door.

    so gutted..

later in the evening we hear a tap at the window and there is a little old lady cold and confused walking around in the dark in her slippers. OH talks to her and we bring her in and make her tea. We call the police as she doesn't know where she is etc. The police take her and try to find out where she lives.

thank god she knocked on our window. it beggars belief as to what could of happened.

    a bizarre day.

by the way my friend has only been learning to womble for a week and he's better than me. he has no shame, he was straight in the bushes.. he got more than 3 pounds, I ended up with 4p.
