honestly it's not always like this but the best thing is to grit your teeth. Tosco own coupons will only scan if you buy the correct items in the correct amounts so there should have been no discussion at the till.

Visited Tosco today armed with MOC's, 1st time ever using MOC's in Tosco.
Had printed various MOCS from supersavvy, none of which stated only 1 per transaction and had duplicate MOC's on certain items. Only bought one of each product but presented duplicates of the MOC's to SA, "sorry I can only take 1 per purchase" I replied the coupon doesn't state 1 per transaction, along come trout, "1 per purchase" I repeated that the coupons didn't specify 1 per transaction. Trout claimed she could prove company policy and removed a card from her pocket. Trout read card and then put it back in her pocket and trotted off to fetch manager. Manager said "1 per purchase and you must purchase the item. I replied that I had purchased the item and these were tosco coupons, none of which specified 1 per product or 1 per transaction. Manager said to SA take the vouchers and went off muttering about ringing head office to tell them not to produce MOC's without the 1 per transaction condition.
As a newbie to all of this MOC's and APG's and glitches, should I contact Tosco head office and complain about the treatment I received given that the the people in the queue were muttering about rules being rules and getting agitated with me for keeping them waiting.
Love the thread by the way.

I don't think this is the answer you want but I just got four packs of 8 coke zero cans from Sainsburys plus 2 Welch juice and a few other non brAnd items to make the total up to £20.

I used my print off Welch MOC which took £2.59 off and my previous brand match mocs so only spent £12.
I got £8 odd back BM for next time.

mhoc I'm pleased you found the cream, I don't really need it as I have loads of the Nivea stuff that I got in the big glitch last year and just happened to see the L'oreal whilst looking at msm. Not a glitch I'm affraid but gives a good saving :D

I'm off to have a reading session, no tweets, not on my kindle :D just a catch up on here :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

btw tweets I love your Emus, I had a grey pair and they were so comfy

I couldn't print out the Welch coupon. I was intending to do an Asda shop in an hour or two, so was wondering what I would get back compared to T. Thanks x

Please can you give the barcodes for the reduced things you got in Sainsburys.
I had a look for the Seeds of Change chilli pasta sauce which someone found for 25p. No sign in 1 st store. in 2 nd one there seemed to be a full shelf so I took it to the till to try and it went through for £2.59 so it was taken off the bill.
Does the OP have the original jar and barcode, can't think who it was but it was yesterday.
hopeless reductions in both of my Sainsburys but I did get some nectar points added so better than nothing.

Floflo, sorry to hear it would have been your mum's birthday today, have a hug from me :)
Mhoc, still thinking about the poor lady, really hope she is going to be ok :)
Your boots look amazing Tweets, hope they keep your feet nice and comfy :T
Re the Welch's voucher, many thanks RootedNomad :D

FK, glad you're back posting, I loved your photos - my fav was the sunset with all the birds in the sky :)

Popped into my local Clinton's today, it's only a tiny one in the high street but I got the nice Christmassy flavour Yankee Candles, full size ones should have been £16.99 and they were 75% off so I bought 2. They also had the votives. Have put them in a tightly sealed bag and shoved them in the loft with the decs, think they will be ok till about November time :)

No L'oreal night cream in my local sada, thanks to mhoc for trying this out. I'll pop to a larger store next week.

Went in to sainsbobs again this afternoon. Hadn't re-stocked the dog treat section (I haven't even got a dog, but little sis has 3). Pleased with the 3 I got for her yesterday though. They have put out more Foil Roasting Trays reduced by 70% to 45p.
Also re-stocked the clearance shelf, I picked up a few Branston Tomato Ketchup with Chilli (475g, BBE April 2013 - BC ends 903199) for 20p. Also got some French's Sweet Onion Relish (320g, BBE Sept 13 BC ends 87111), these were also 20p. There were loads of these on the shelf. Hope you find some :D

Also noticed they had knocked a tenner off their snow shovels (bottom of the aisle where the light bulbs are), now £4.99.
