Christmas leftovers.

Sweat an onion in a little butter until soft add broccoli including stem. Add stock. Simmer until soft.

Blitz with a blitzy thing.

Add cream and crumbled Stilton to taste.

Eat tomorrow when it will taste better:)

Just remembered. Got a free chicken tonight voucher today. Why do I seem to think it can only be spent at Coop. Nothing on voucher but sure it was a Co op competition.:)

It can be used anywhere. It's a £1 coopon. Coop as in chicken house
