My DD is also showing signs of this. She was a very poor sleeper in the early days, I would call myself a sleep expert now lol thanks to various websites and forums. What's working for me now is to wake her at 6.30, put to bed 1.30 for an hour, no longer. I will not give up her sleep until I absolutely have to, I need that quiet hour!

You could try waking 30 mins earlier, put to bed 15-30 mins later (watch for yawns)...worth a shot to maintain a bit of peace and quiet!
