Picked up a 74 and 52 pointer. I seem to be on fire ATM. Going to have to start organising myself again. With filing my receipts into folders.

First it was my food processor, then last week the washing machine and now Henry Hoover has just made a Big Bang, had smoke coming out of him and is dead:(
Can't complain, he belonged to my dad who had him for years before I inherited him. Ive just been looking at prices for a new one. Ive got a dyson which is ok for the normal dust and dirt but I liked Henry for using on the stone floors. And with having alot of building work done, there's always brick dust and stuff around which the dyson isn't any good for
jeez....what a expensive start to the year
I sympathise, they all seem to go at the same time, don't they, and I'm having a similar spell at the moment. Just check the obvious things before you call anybody out, I taught 2 washing machines the error of their ways yesterday, one with a loving slap, the other with clearing the filter. xxHope is not a strategy.0 -
So sorry to hear this hope she improves soon.
Still not good - on life support, fully wired and piped up, probably in septic shock, black and blue all over, have to see how she does through the night but it could go either way.
so many people needing the positive thoughts and prayers but if anyone has any spare ones send them in her direction, she is going to need them to get through this.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Back from sada. DD & I wombled 10 receipts between us today:eek: A few gave us nothing, but we got £7.46 in total from wombles. I messed up the JF shop:wall: I forgot the golden rule and bought 3 of the same item showing as N/A :wall: I still have 1/2 hour to wait, but I know I am going to get ZERO back! I should have bought my namesake. I had one in my basket, then decided I didn't really need it. I used an apg to pay for the JF, so not a great loss. I will never pass a degree in glitching:D0
