I have been in 7 Ts over the past two days and not a Nouvelle 9+9 in sight . In fact, in 4 T Expresses and 1 T Superstore there wasn't even space or SELs for Nouvelle so not sure if they don't stock them round here. T Express and the other T Superstore had the current £2.50 offer as part of their cleaning event set up.
