I can't see that option....but I have found "accessibility" under "settings" which has helped with another problem. One of the options here is "touch and hold delay" which I've changed from "short" to "medium". Now I can scroll through pages without opening random links

Go to settings,go to wifi,look at top right hand corner of screen and press the 3 dots,press advanced,Press Keep wifi on during sleeping and select always.
