Meat feast baguettes in Sada are £2.25 and stickered £2.50 when you buy a 375ml bottle of coke or diet coke
Multi buy doesn't kick in with either variety of coke so you can get the overcharge refunded and £2 gift card making it just a 50p spend
Worked yesterday in a store i've never been in before. Thought it was stickered in error so thought nothing of it but it was the same again today in my local store :j
I'm not sure if this works on other baguettes or not

Attempted trouting on Mad
Was in Sada and having selected my ill gotten gains the fire alarm went off:eek:
Waited outside for about twenty minutes (had a womble);)
Finally went back in after the all clear and retrieved my basket.
Chucked over a £1 coupon with my shop and got the dreaded "oh I don't think we can accept these" as she rang for the supervisor.
He came over, they whispered, she said no.
"Nothing wrong with it and I want to use it as it's going out of date today". I said
She called the supervisor again. Same whispering he disappeared and again she said no.
"Look! There is nothing wrong with it and I find your attitude and especially that of your supervisor rather rude".
"Did you print it off the internet" asked the SA.
"Yes and I want to see the Manager" I replied.
She buzzed yet again for the supervisor.
He actually talked to me this time.
SA "Did you print this off the internet?"
Mad "Yes! It's a safe coupon there is nothing wrong with it".
SA "These can be copied, we've got a list of copied coupons".
Mad "Are you accusing me of fraud? See if you can find my one, bet you can't".
SA "We can't take coupons from the internet anymore"
MAD "Yes you can and yes you do otherwise the Asda Price Guarantee wouldn't exist"
SA " Oh err scan it for him this time"

If I had the choice I would womble at tosco rather than sada at the moment- all but four of todays sada receipts are vastly more expensive at tesco and sainsbury. The items that are causing the most problems (ie more expensive at tosco) are frijj milkshake/pot noodle/heinz soup and a toothpaste that is £1 in sada at mo. These items are driving me bonkers. In NI tosco there is no point in wombling- instant price promises.never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0

Evening
Haven't had chance to catch up on the thread so will do that now in a minute.
Wombled a £258  receipt from Ts today (dated today). Was choc full of booze...
3 x stella
2 x carling
2 x budweiser
2 x cider
2 x lager
2 x john smiths
1 x cidre
2 x strongbow
2 x Carlsberg extra
All at £10 each......I think these are £7 at A's? Chance of a fine porky??? I do hope so....:)
There was also wine and chocolate on there, plus lots of sweets (wine gums/jelly babies) at £4 a pop
Someone having a late Christmas...?:D
My little eyes lit up when I saw the magic ''sign up for clubcard you could have earned 258 points'' until I saw the scribble through the barcodehey ho
FunkyFeet if you were going to ask about dog poo you will probably not believe me when I tell you I had yet another encounter today. You couldn't make it up...I was almost insane with rage , apologies to anyone in the Chepstow area who may have heard my four letter rant in both English and Polish that went on for about 10 minutes. The air wasn't so much blue as purple.
I might have to change my name to DogPooMildred at this rate
Ok off to catch up with the thread :wave:0
