    nice we womble of £1.46?

    3 x Hartley's Strawberry Jelly (135g) £1.00 £0.84
    1 x Glen's Vodka (1L) £14.11 £14.15

I also saw this post earlier, and immediately thought this might be vs M's.

It's my near-photographic memory on the prices of all stores within the APG (very useful in this very narrow area). That £14.15 price is the price I remember M has for this vodka.

It's not perfect however: I do still make mistakes sometimes on my shops and pick up the wrong item. But it's getting much rarer. I also keep forgetting (okay, that's an exaggeration, I've only forgotten twice) to take my prepared shopping list with me. Inevitably I don't want to rush back home - as not only running out of time but also don't want to use more petrol than necessary - and on the last occasion, I bought the items I could remember from my list.

I'm getting quite good at it now - I inevitably don't remember everything on my list and always get back and find I've missed an item I really could have done with getting, but last time - when I forgot a few apples - I got, from memory, every other item perfectly. Right sizes etc. And then found some 'on best before' date apples in another store later for much cheaper. I'm doing rather well! In fact, we're doing rather well (all of us on this thread).

Righto - after my second attempt at going away for a short while, I really am off now... Bye again, and happy new year.

[Following on from my previous note on my last post, I still maintain I'm right that this is vs M. They didn't buy the best number of the jelly.]

    Thanks.
It's just typical that they don't compare there for those of us in Northern Ireland, not that I need any more mind you but I would know a few good homes they would have went to.

No, I'm not quite off yet. I was wrong, then.
Right - another attempt again, and

    Happy New Year!!!:)

Can I ask please are those samosas from the deli counter? Good to know if they are as a lot of the deli stuff like make your own pizzas and the curries don't show in the comparison.
I picked up a couple of MYO pepperoni pizzas yesterday which compared to Tesco £4 / £4.26. N/A at S,M,W. We often buy these and this was the first time they've compared.
