Now that would be an interesting complaint ;).

Me "I am phoning up to complain about your PP website"
CS "I am sorry to hear about that sir, what appears to be the problem?"
Me "Well, you had some cheap meat in store and your PP has said you were cheaper than As"
    CS "And were we sir?"
    Me "Yes"
CS "So you are complaining that we were cheaper than As for your shop?"
Me "Yes, I suppose I am"

    ... What happens next ...?

Think I may be making a visit to CS and returning Ariel as that may be an easier conversation :). I have toughened up a bit on returns since messing up a few FF APGs.

But the interesting outcome for others is that T PP matched a yellow reduced sticker so best not to include reduced items in the same basket.

Ps thank you to early shoppers!

    Morning all.

I think I was the OP referred to in the post you replied to. I was having one of my(many) Victor Meldrew moments at the time so phoned CS to complain when an 80p piece of whoopsied fish cross checked at £5 and wiped out a big chunk of a planned PP. I'd been out of action for a while and somehow thought that RTC at Tesco were no longer included (was actually sada):o

Having checked the T t&cs it clearly states that RTC are not included in the items that do not allow a fair comparison so I decided to pursue it. It took a few phone calls to get the message through as the CS people initially didn't know much about the PP team/system. They however agreed, once I'd explained, that the system was flawed. A senior manager eventually phoned me back and apologised for their lack of understanding of the PP system. He sent me a letter confirming this and a gift card for more than double the amount I had lost out on, with a promise to take the issue up with the PP team. Not holding out much hope though but it clearly shows that they should not be included. It's just that the system doesn't work as it should.
    Awaiting a new sig

subforum_new.pngIt's Gone, but was it any good?

I am anyway. I've missed out twice on the one day triple ff glitchy days and the triple vinnie barrels so I am hoping yesterday was not also a one day wonder.
I do have real reasons to go into town anyway

2 of the cats are in anyway so that tells me the weather outside is not delightful :D:D

Didn't get to bed until 3 just up at 8 though, eldest son home on leave. I am hoping both lads have a lie in this morning so I can get myself out of the house before they notice.
