    Afternoon paw sniffers:)

Rushed like crazy to A's. Bought 10 Nivea. Mind concentrating on getting 8 different items instead of 4 for £3.

    Will it make any difference?

    Bought mouthwash too.:)

Shouldn't think so, it just means you have paid a bit more for two of them in Asda. :)

Fingers and toes crossed they get drunk and stay drunk until well into new year. Xx

I wonder if the 4 for £3 will be a bit more tricky to sort out, as it's not such a common offer - hopefully :D

Should have mentioned that I spotted it just as I was leaving the store and got a refund on 2 and SA didn't mark receipt:)

Sorry I'm being dense. Of course it won't matter as multibuy isn't kicking in.

Just got back from A after my potential milk glitch shop. Still not my 'big ticket' item but never mind. Methinks that sometimes this is a brilliant marketing thing - as sometimes we have to buy fillers in order to get an APG back. Clearly not with the Fab Fingers thing, where the amount returned far outweighed any spend on low-price fillers. But sometimes, especially with the net prices being 10% off, the thought of the lower effective price causes us to buy more than we would otherwise do. Clearly we have to be savvy on this. Even more savvy. Even savvier than savvy.

Now I don't mind if this forces us into a competition against one another where we compete in a race for the top where we are all becoming better at it and avoiding past mistakes of overspends.

Last shop was filled with a few items of use anyway and the prices were quite low in the first place, certainly a lot less than what you see many people pay. Paid for mainly with the £10 shopping card they sent to me after a previous APG failure, and the rest (93p) with one of the gift cards bought in Nov that increased in value by £6 overnight.
