Hi,
I left putting the chocolate weetabix brownie recipe in my jars until the last minute and now I'm stuck! I've had to do one and half times the ingredients so should I say one and half eggs or change the amount of marg so it's either one or two eggs? If so, how much to?

Thanks for the reply, I tried the recipe in the end with two medium eggs and 100g of marg instead of 113 (or something). Turned out perfectly
