My online order has got lost somewhere...:(boots don't really know where it was at all...The girl I spoke to was lovely and tried to offer me 500pts along with a full refund.

I said i'd like to speak to the manager as its not good enough that noone even bothered to contact me to let me know what was going on. Manager was really lovely and put £50.00 of advantage points on my card as well as refunding me in full!:eek::j bless him, he sounded quite gobsmacked/confused when I mentioned I had waited up for the sale...:o totally wasn't expecting £50 worth of points but hey wasn't gonna complain!

Quite pleased all in all...have learnt my lesson that no online sale is worth losing sleep for..next year will set my alarm early and see whats left online, but being in store is much easier/more fun.

Also will make sure not to just rely on the online stuff! Like others on here I ordered stuff online and didn't pick it up in store thinking the online order would definitley arrive...much better to be safe than sorry and pick it up in store if you can..can always get a refund if you end up with too many of the same thing

gutted im not getting my order, but boots customer service is fab and all their advisers are clearly well trained, so well done boots for that :T

any idea how long your points take to show on your online statement?

The website really is all over the place. If you look at the Sanctuary range, it tells you that washbag is OOS stock, but if you click on it, the next page lets you add it to your basket. Not sure if it would let you check out,and then knowing Boots, even if you did check out and pay, whether it would ever arrive anyway!! I departed the site at that stage. Keep hoping for a Champneys box, my sister wants one...I still have sanctuary sets from 2 year ago so steering clear of that.

Really gutted for everyone who stayed up to make their online orders and had them cancelled whilst knowing that others who ordered hours later have received theirs - this is diabolical.

Usually a day or 2 after despatch

You have to laugh...

People that haven't even ordered anything recieiving despatch emails...

People recieving deliveries with 'extra' goodies inside they haven't ordered or paid for...

People getting despatches saying all their items will be delivered to only find one or 2 items have actually arrived

People receiving damaged items with open boxes.

People with no despatch emails receving their items

People with despatch emails not getting their deliveries

The boots website updating saying stuff is in stock yet not letting you add it to basket...

only with the boots sale chaos, utter chaos!!!

Thanks for this just ordered some through paypal but came up with 'generic error' while processing the payment, its in my order history though so we will see!

Got a couple if lynx sets and the dove sets added too. Managed to pay with paypal. Order placed. Hopefully will turn up. I kept getting generic error message but kept trying and it worked forth time
