Disappointed by M & S Washington

I ordered on line to beat the rush at M & S. Today has been the worst days shopping I have ever done, 1 hour and 45 minuetsin a queue. The shop was not set up for the orders, only 1 till for orders and they would not take any other products through the till so you had to queue for another till (50 minuets). M & S have lost me as a customer at holiday times I will ring or go on line to Tesco's or Asda at least they can do whatthey say.
