Oh I give up with M&S, I emailed them about issues in regards to changing the payment card details, it redirects you to a cancellation page when you choose or input a new card.

So instead of trying to resolve the problem or look at the issues with the website, they cancel my order!

Poor show M&S, even worse that half the email was barely English, I had to decipher half of it on guess work with words like 'abouorderingin', 'orand' and 'amd', shocking. They haven't even bothered to address the issue, but judging by the reply I would be surprised if their customer services weren't overseas

No managers reductions in romford

DURHAM - SA reducing items again this morning, i asked if these were manager's reductions and told yes. However, not all things were being reduced, some still only at half price and not as good as the usual "manager's" reductions!

Pink "twiggy" coat was £135 now £25
Two pairs boys pjs £17 to £4
Two pairs teenage pjs £19 to £6
Fleece hat/Scarf £15 to £1.50
Trainer socks £4 to 50p (only had one pack)
Lots of cards reduced to 20p and 75p - had been up to £3.50

So a few bargains to be had, but a knife set that was originally £59 is still £29 with no further reductions.

Thought I was fairly fast in putting everything in my basket but all went out of stock on checkout I wish things were reserved for you for a limited time when you put them in your basket

If you are ordering for collection in store, try ordering the items one at a time...then they don't have time to go out of stock. It's usually worked for me.:)
