INSTORE - Topshop were starting to discount everything in my local store today..
ONLINE - Items are already being discounted but haven't been moved to the Sale section yet.. If you look in each area, the sale items have discounted red sales prices. Example - if you go to Dresses, all sale items have the reduced prices already, most sales items found at the end of each category.

Just made an order of some sets I wanted for presents during the year, a bag, 2 dresses I've been wanting & a coat all at half price or less
