Heston's popping candy tart

I won a voucher from the Waitrose website for Heston's chocolate and passion fruit popping candy tart. I looked it up on the website and it's 1kg and worth £16.99 so was well chuffed as this will be great for Christmas. However, when I rung customer services they told me none of the 4 stores near me (Newcastle upon Tyne) stock it! It just so happens I am visiting my sister in Glasgow for Christmas so there is a possibility I might get one in Newton Mearns but I was also told the stores only get a limited number for Christmas so even if I do go there I might not get one. I have emailed Waitrose to ask if I might be able to get something else of similar value. This has happened before with other Waitrose coupons I've had so I am hoping they will let me again. I am awaiting their reply. Fingers crossed. :cool: Has anyone else experienced this?
