Morning ,
Just read the article re incorrect paperwork generated by northern rock which may result in some customers receiving compensation. I have two loans with nr/nram :
A mortgage and an unsecured loan of £25000 which I am currently repaying via the CCCS . Both of these were taken out over 10yrs ago so I am not sure if that makes a difference ?
How can I check whether I am eligible or not ?

There are 3 threads on this. They may write to you. £25k should mean it was a CCA regulated act.
