Cooking a turkey crown..help pls!

Hi All,
Im cooking a turkey crown this year but have never done it before.
Could anyone give me any advice on timings, juciness etc!?
It weighs 2.175 Im not stuffing it, but I would like to do the smokey bacon on top.

hi ebaybaby,
its my first year cooking a crown too. its says on mine 20mins per 500g + extra 20mins at gas 5, 150c or 375f. so being 2.175kg that'll be about 1hr 40 and 2hrs depending on when the juices run clear.

yeah i took my inspriation from delia. she smears hers in butter tops with bacon rashers. cooks wrapped in foil, making the foil into a tent to give the heat room to circulate.
