Well at 9.40 this am i was declared bancrupt!
I have to say the people at the court were fantastic totally putme at ease were helpful and very friendly. The guy who delt with me was training another and between them they went way out of there way to see i was okay i cant thank them enough fantastic.
went to see a old judge who was so sweet even gave me a linen hankie (clean may i add lol) he said which i guess they say to everyone
Its a very brave step your taking its not a step back but many leaps forward to a fresh start so you wont have a credit card for a few years but is that such a bad thing?
Dont take any nonsence from any phone calls or letters just refer them to the OR thats what you have paid for any debts that you have on this form or any you may have forgotten are as of this time 9.40 gone! then he timed the paper.
he wished me well and told me that i could walk out if there holding my head high as i had dealt with rather than shrugging of my problems, said there was a very pleasent cafe around the corner that did superb coffes to ( if i had the money lol) treat myself) and take a moment to gather my thoughts wished me well and that was it.
If it wasnt going bancrupt it would have been a wonderful experience lol
More than anything else tho i want to thankyou all from the bottom of my heart for the advice help support, words of encouragment you trully have been a source of strengh thankyou!
