Took me a couple of times in FF but did work eventually, plus I ticked the box agreeing to updates, so don't know if that had anything to do with it going through.

I couldn't get it to submit without ticking the box but you shouldn't have to tick the box to submit re their T&Cs above but I remember they ran the same comp last year & it wouldn't submit then either so I contacted them & they said they would enter me manually but did try to sell me cat food at the same time & rang again about a month later & a few months after that trying to sell me it again. They were kind enough to send me some free samples though which my cats enjoyed.

I've PMd them on FB to notify them of the problem so hopefully they'll get back to me
